Our approach

 

One coach (or coaching style) cannot fit all challenges or all types of clients. We’ve developed a step-by-step approach that enables you to get to know how we work and determine if our approach suits you or your organisation.

We believe in taking a creative and open-minded approach with each client. Your situation may require a combination of expertise. Because our focus is your success, we provide you with information to help you determine what the next right step is.

We embrace transparency, iteration, and prototyping, and we base our methods on these values.

Coaching: Month #1

Coaching: Second and Third Quarter

Coaching: First Quarter

 This is the phase where we focus on learning about you/your organisation, conduct careful observation, and take the time to understand the real challenges. We begin to initiate minor changes that start a journey along a path of effective change.


At the end of the month, each client evaluates the experience before deciding whether to continue.

 This phase sees the implementation of larger changes. This usually generates positive stress, as it brings to light deeper challenges. During this time, we empower the individual/people in the organisation to take on greater leadership roles and try out solutions—all within a supportive coaching environment.


At the end of the first quarter, we encourage each client to evaluate the experience before deciding whether to continue.

 It takes 6 to 8 months for an individual/team to reach a high performing phase. At this stage, our role is to facilitate a customer-focused approach, and provide the attention individuals need to add true value to their company.


After this point, many clients have the tools to continue independently, while others recognise further needs that benefit from a continued coaching relationship.
